How we ship

Every order ships insured, and a signature is needed on delivery.

When

Preorders ship by the date shown on the product page when you ordered. If that date changes, we email you first.

Lost or damaged in transit

Packages lost or damaged in transit are covered by the shipping insurance. Contact us through the Contact page and we will handle the claim with the carrier.

Where

Apparel and merch ship anywhere we can deliver.

Paintball markers ship only to places where they can be legally imported and owned. Some countries, and some US states and cities, restrict paintball markers or treat them like firearms, and we don't ship markers there. We check the destination of every marker order before it ships. If we can't legally send it, we cancel the order and refund it in full. Once a marker has been delivered, what happens to it, including any resale or export, is the owner's responsibility.

Orders outside the United States may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country; those are paid by the buyer.
