Everything here is made in limited numbers, and engraved items are made for you. All sales are final — no returns or exchanges.

Inspected before it ships

Every marker is inspected by Alex Goldman before it is shipped and delivered to you.

Lost or damaged in transit

Every order ships insured. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of the delivery date (or of the expected delivery date, if it never arrives). We will ask for photos of any damage. Each case is handled individually through the carrier and its insurance.

Marker warranty

Every Method Shocker is covered by the Smart Parts manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled by Smart Parts.

Limited-run finishes

These markers are a limited run made for Alex "Mouse" Goldman in collaboration with Smart Parts and Arc Anodizing. Anodized color varies from batch to batch, so replacement parts in the same finish may not exist, and any that do may not match exactly.
